Stress is popularly viewed as a malady of grown-ups. Yet, few will dispute the fact that stress in children is a rising global concern. Stress in children can result from school, homework, friends, family disruptions, changes in routines, and many other situations.
Today, with the outbreak of COVID-19, rare are those who remain immune to stress , regardless of age. Fear and anxiety about the unforeseen disease has created chain –reaction like stress ,across the globe. At this juncture, learning coping skills and doing stress management exercises , seems mandatory for all humans.
It is about a realization and acceptance that nurturing your own mental health is a daily focused way of Life. It is not a quick fix of x, y or z challenges. Rather, it is a process of transformation into becoming who you are meant to be. It is a journey of tapping one’s own untapped potential to metamorphose into who you want to be. In short, it is bridging the gap between who you are and who you want to be.
