Refunds for Online Courses

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund Requests: Refunds are applicable only if requested within 7 days of course enrollment.
  • Non-Refundable Cases:
    • If more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
    • If the course includes downloadable materials, once they have been accessed or downloaded.
    • If you have availed of any personalized coaching or one-on-one sessions.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the course, please contact our support team at info@emotionalabilityresources.com for assistance before requesting a refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Send an email to info@emotionalabilityresources.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 5-7 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • Contact your bank for further assistance.
